Registration cancellations received via email at the INC 2025 congress secretariat's address on or before August 27, 2025 (23:59 CET) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 27, 2025 (23:59 CET) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the congress is postponed due to natural disasters, government order or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
